Recognition of prior learning (RPL) is the assessment of skills or knowledge required for entry to, or advanced standing towards, a qualification, where there are no credentials as proof or where study was undertaken within the last eight years.
Complaints Policy
This policy provides guidelines to students and other stakeholders to the procedures to be followed to ensure fair and equitable outcomes when issues are raised.
Complaints Form
The formal complaint procedure begins when the student or parent / guardian thereof states in writing, on this form that you have a complaint and submit the completed form directly to the Manager of Education Programs.
